ECM Settings
Create Document Types
Each organization has its own documents with specific structure, a set of attributes, templates, routes and life cycles.
In a few steps, create and configure document types with Contentum Designer and convert your paper forms and documents into an electronic format.
Configure document page
Depending on the document type, you can create and then configure any document page with the Form Builder. This includes: Structuring all information; dividing it into sections or tabs; adding panels, tabs, columns and required fields.
The Form Builder is especially useful if you require a unique, sophisticated and convenient form.
Configure classification scheme
The registration document parameters can be configured very flexibly according to the company needs. You can create simple schemes for small organizations and the most complex classification schemes with consecutively enumerated categories, typical for the large organizations.
You can customize classification scheme and specify doc flow by creating registration offices, sections, categories and document types.
Design document routing processes
With Contentum you can design documents routing processes of any complexity. We have created a simple and intuitive designer with a user-friendly graphical interface that allows you to model routing processes.
Once the routing process is designed, you can use it as many times as you need. It will provide documentation visibility and traceability within the organization. You can start the document routing process from the document page in few clicks.
Document Archive
Contentum ECM+ has a standard file storage interface, which is familiar even to inexperienced computer users. Documents are stored in ordinary folders that provide an easy and quick way to navigate through the archived information and to search by folders.
It is recommended to archive folders and documents (instead of deleting them); in case you need to restore them later.
